| 抄録(和) | 最近、インターネットの普及によりインターネット上で多様な問題が発生しており、社会的に大きなトラブルを引き起こしている。このような問題点を踏まえて、韓国での大学生対象のインターネット倫理教育の現状を含み、インターネット倫理教育に関して紹介する。特に、インターネット倫理教育用の教材以外にも、インターネット倫理教育の教育的効果の極大化の一環として試験的に行なっているインターネット倫理素養試験についても紹介する。また、本稿では韓国政府のインターネット倫理教育の活性化政策を紹介し、インターネット倫理文化の定着のために、日本を含んだ外国との国際協力方案を提案する。 |
| 抄録(英) | In these days, many problems such as internet fraud are occurred in the internet by abnormal increase of internet spread. In this paper, we introduce the current states of the education of the internet ethics in Korea. We developed the text for the education of the internet ethics in the university. Now, experimentally we test the knowledge for the internet ethics of the university students. We intro duce a few education policy of the internet ethics in Korean government this year. Finally, we propose a few international cooperation methods for the smart and sound internet.. |
