| 抄録(和) | 我々は複数の高次脳機能障碍をもつ4名(以下A,B,C,Dとする)の協力でPCの操作訓練を行っている.その中でも失読症を患うCは特定の平仮名や数字などを読み取るのが困難であった.そこで平仮名の読み取りのための訓練ツールを作成し,これらのツールを行ってもらうことで失読症改善を試みた.その結果Cが読み取ることを苦手とする平仮名に特徴があることを確認した.そこでCの苦手とする平仮名を中心とした訓練ツールを作成することで読み取りの改善が可能であるか検証した.しかし,訓練ツールの正解率の向上につながることができても,平仮名の一文字に対して読み取ることの向上にはならなかった.今後,Cのさらなる苦手字読み取りの改善と訓練手法を検討する必要がある. |
| 抄録(英) | We have been carrying out performing computer operation training for four persons with higher brain dysfunction (A, B, C, and D). Among then C who has alexia is difficult to read specific hiragana character and numbers. Therefore, we prepared training tools for reading hiragana, and tried to improve alexia by these tools. As a result, we found that hiraganas which C is difficult in reading has some features. We then prepared other training tools that hiraganas which C is difficult in reading are mainly used, and studied whether reading can be improved. Even though correct answer rate of training tools were improved, reading each hiragana character was not. We need to study further training methods to improve reading difficult characters for C. |
