| 抄録(和) | 高齢化社会の様々な問題が戦後の政策の中で産み出されてきたことを示す.この点に対する本質的な分析をもとに,取らねばならない施策について検討する.特に,安全面では,体力や反射神経の衰えをサポートする技術的な方策以上に,治安の悪化や生活苦からの解放こそが重要であること,また,交通網など社会的インフラの整備が望まれることを主張する.さらに,核家族化された中での高齢者の弱い立場を認識し,社会的役割が発揮できる共生の立場からの政策の有効性を主張する. |
| 抄録(英) | Various problem of aging society had been produced by social policy after the Second World War. The policy has to be examine depending on the analysis of these facts. Especially, on the safety issues of aging society, only liberating from the deterioration of public security and the hard living is more important than a technical strategy that supports the decline or physical strength of old person. Moreover, We insists that the maintenance of a social infrastructure like transport network are essential issues for an aging society. In addition, under the society or nuclear family, it is recognized that senior citizen's standpoint is weak. We insist on the effectiveness or the policy that recognizes the social role of old person from the standpoint or symbiosis. |
