Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Atomic tag was newly proposed for an information security and a tracer application. Atom distributions in the atomic tag were carried out for a code generation. For fabrication of the atomic tag, we also proposed a dip-pen method and a pipette-pen method to fabricate a rare-earth doped glass dot structure. It is found that a small glass-dot structure (few 100-μm diameters) can be achieved at arbitrary positions by using these two methods. We expect that the atomic tag will become a useful, small, and high-performance tag.
