Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose NetFlow type packet loss estimated method using bloom Filter. Recently, the flow measurement technology has attracted attention. In our previous studies, we have proposed sFlow type packet loss estimated method. However, Analytical processing is a bottleneck in the system of sFlow type. To solve this problem, we discuss the system of NetFlow type. In this system, a part of statistical calculation is done in the probe. As the result, the processing load of an analytical part is decreased without the processing load on the probe side increasing greatly. In this paper, we evaluate our proposed method through simulations, and show that we can estimate packet loss rates practically to the extent of sampling rate from 1 to 1/5.
