Abstract(in English) | This report examines how to install multiple services, mainly mobile communication service and virtual dedicated circuit service, on the NGN core network. In order to achieve this, (1)The NGN core should satisfy requests for high quality communication services beyond the NGN fixed communication service, (2)NGN transport stratum is modified so as to support services beyond the NGN fixed communication service, (3)Functionality of end devices (edge routers) must be enhanced to make it possible to implement virtual dedicated circuit service (non-session type). An example of session control including hand-over in the mobile communication service on NGN core is shown below. |
