| Abstract(in English) | In MPEG image streaming that needs high real time, it is necessary to transmit I picture from other pictures by a high rate. The band on the network is pressed when two or more I pictures are superimposed and transmitted when two or more MPEG image streamings are done from one server at the same time, and a lot of resources of the router are consumed. In this text, it is shown for the delay to improve by not transmitting I picture at a simultaneous period, and to have reduced the band load. |
