Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The authors proposed a new mulitiple-aliginment algorithm, called evolutionary tree-base method, in which suitable guide trees are obtained with evolutionary algorithms. For further improvement of the solution quality and computation cost, we propose a parallel evolutionary tree-base method based on line topology. |
