Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Cognitive radio has been proposed as a means to implement efficient reuse of the spectrum. In cognitive radio, admission control and transmit power control are fundamental tasks, and in many studies, low-priority systems decide whether transmit or not based on sensing. However, this control method is not effective when multiple systems having different requirements coexist in the same spectrum. Hence, the cognitive pilot channel (CPC) concept is introduced. For CPC, one of the most important issues is what kind of information should be shared. In this paper, the priority-utility functions (the p-u function) are shared by CPC in order to coordinate the behaviors of the systems. The simulation results show that the shared p-u function based control achieves more efficient admission control and transmit power control than the fixed SINR based control. |
