Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Dynamic spectrum assignment technology provides great opportunities to both users and operators to improve users' experience and increase network capacity. In this paper we propose QoS-guaranteed SINR-based and load-balancing dynamic spectrum assignment algorithms. In these algorithms we distribute spectrum resource of heterogeneous wireless access network between its RANs and wireless access nodes. We compare QoS-guaranteed network capacity obtained using the proposed dynamic spectrum assignment algorithms with the one obtained using vertical handover algorithms by simulation. We show that the proposed dynamic spectrum assignment algorithms have considerable gain in QoS-guaranteed network capacity compared to handover algorithms.
