Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To achieve unequal error protection, the proposed scheme encodes the data by randomly switching between two codes which use different signal constellations. In previous paper, the effectiveness and theoretical analysis of the system in an AWGN channel was shown. In this paper, we propose a decision feedback equalizer with an adaptive prediction error filter. The effectiveness of the system was shown using computer simulations.
