Abstract(in English) In this paper, in Part I, we propose a new method for constructing the public-key cryptosystems. We propose a new class of public key cryptosystem based on the product-sum operations and the error-correcting code. In Part II we show that the Forgotten Secret Recovering Algorithm proposed previously by the present author using Reed-Solomon code can be successfully applied to Fuzzy Vault Scheme.
