Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Various types of radars have been developed and used until now -such as Pulse, FM-CW, and Spread Spectrum radar. Additionally, another type of radar has been proposed recently. The radar, Standing Wave Radar, measures distance by using standing wave. The resolution of standing wave radar depends on the number of data point in FFT. Several millimeters of resolution is required in some application. We proposed a new method which obtains absolute distance by using phase information of range spectrum. As a result of simulations, it has been confirmed that the proposed method independents on the number of data point in FFT and can measure the distance with one millimeter of resolution.
