Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The method of high frequency current superposition or self-sustained pulsation laser is generally used for reduction of noise in semiconductor laser. For further reduction of the noise, we have been studying a method of using electric negative feedback together with high frequency current superposition. In this report, characteristics of noise reduction is measured and our method is compared to former method. |
