Abstract(in English)	To support the decision making of the desirable network topology, we study the optimization technique for introducing the optimized topology according to the given network conditions. As the evaluation example of the technique, we show the optimized topology introduced according to the network conditions including the demand and cost conditions and the analysis about the cluster property, which is often referred as the feature of the complex network, for the topology.
