Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In factory automations, transmission of control signals has been supported by wired systems. However, wireless systems, which have realized low reliability, high packet loss rate and long transmission delay though, can freely transmit the control signals to movable machines such as robots, and they have their own flexibility of installation and rearrangement of machines. Therefore, to bring the benefit of such wireless systems into factory automations, it is important to give the wireless systems high reliability. To improve the reliability of wireless systems, the use of "broadcast characteristic" inherent to wireless transmission is essential. In this paper, we propose a novel multipath routing method in multihop networks. The proposed multipath routing method makes use of physical distance between each path to further improve the reliability of the multihop network, without any information on the locations of nodes.
