| 抄録(和) | サービスの構築や更新が短期間に実施されるIP網においては,ネットワークの設計段階のみならず運用段階においてもサービスの信頼性を維持・向上することが必要である.故障や障害に関する履歴をもとに運用中のネットワークの信頼性を把握し,ネットワークの改善施策に的確に反映することが重要となっている.そこで本検討では,ネットワークにおいて発生した故障の影響度に対する故障発生確率の特性を推定し分析することによってネットワークとしての信頼度を判定する手法を提案する.故障の影響度に対する上側累積頻度を正規化し確率点を算出するための手順と故障特性の推定方法,そして推定結果を用いてネットワーク信頼度の判定するための方法について検討した.また,本手法をサービス中断故障に関する実データに適用し手法の実行性を確認した.ネットワークの実運用管理へ本手法を適用することによる効果について考察し,今後の課題を明らかにした. |
| 抄録(英) | The level of network reliability has to be achieved not only in the network-design phase but also in the network-operation phase because the period from the design to the deployment tends to shorten in IP networks. It is important that the level of network reliability is understood by analyzing the network failure data and the corrective action is selected by using these results. Therefore, in this paper, a method to analyze the failure rate for failure severity and to evaluate the network reliablity is proposed. This paper describes the procedure to calculate the probability plot by normalizing the upper cumlative frequency, the scheme to estimate the characterestics of network reliability, and the evaluation method of overall network reliability. Additionally, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by applying to the network outage data. Moreover, we consider the requirement for the valuation in the network operation and management phase, and clarify the future issues. |
