Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A 1-tap equalizer with fast tracking method based on RLS algorithm in the frequency domain for OFDM system was studied. A computer simulation was carried out based on the proposed 1-tap equalizer with fast tracking method. As a result, the forgetting factor of 0.3~0.4 for the RLS algorithm is the most suitable, the improvement factor of BER of 5~8 and 2~4 times low as the conventional method for the maximum Doppler frequency of 20Hz and 50Hz, respectively. And the number of multipliers for the proposed method was much reduced by 1/8 compared with the conventional method of the 32-tap RLS algorithm.
