Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we show the grouping method of reference signal sequence for demodulating uplink data which we propose to the standardization conference of 3GPP E-UTRA. We focused on characteristic of cross-correlation between the sequences which have different sequence length. In our proposed method, the reference signal sequences as 1 or 2 which make ratio of sequence number and sequence length smaller are grouped. And, the longer the sequence length is, the more the sequences which have high cross-correlation among sequence groups are removed. Accordingly, our grouping method can resolve high cross-correlation issue between the sequences of different groups. Consequently, the BLER performance can be improved by 1.8dB compared with the other grouping methods.
