Abstract(in English) In this paper, the evaluation methods of the anisotropic absorber panels by the use of linearly and circular polarized wave reflection coefficients are discussed. The cross-polarization of linearly and circular polarized wave reflection coefficients can't be measured directly, because the cross-polarization components are not produced by a metal plate, which is used as a reference. The calculation methods of the cross-polarization coefficient of linearly and circular polarized wave are proposed.
