Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Precise matching of multiple-language resources and applications is one of the issues in the development for Language Grid, and we have proposed an approach to use metadata. In this paper, we propose Language Grid Facilitator (LGF), that provides search functions which reflect the properties of applications, which enables developers to benefit from the metadata approach. In this paper, we describe the features of LGF, especially its "profile" system and "local knowledge" mechanism. Experimental results using a prototype shows that the mechanism will achieve satisfactory performance.
