Abstract(in English) Globalization of the society has increased opportunities for cross-cultural collaboration. A number of universities have been working jointly with foreign universities to implement international courses. In this paper, we propose a system for multilingual presentation support using Language Grid. The system is intended to be used as a support in the remote lectures between Taiwanese and Japanese universities. An initial system was constructed that translates PowerPoint slides between English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. A multilingual dictionary for technical terms in the field of computer security was developed. We present a result of comparative translation experiment, and discuss the problems of translation component combination and special dictionary development.
