Abstract(in English) A comparator with resonant tunneling diodes in proposed to reduce the regeneration time. The proposed circuit has been analyzed based on a small-signal equivalent circuit model and circuit simulation. The calculated and simulation result is agree well. It is found that, the regeneration time in the proposed circuit is short compared with the conventional circuit.
