Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Although SOA technologies are important in NGN and eTOM, these ongoing coordination technologies are insufficient from a viewpoint of adaptability for short-term business changes in the real world. We have proposed an integrated operation environment that was enabled by a client-side coordination technology to improve efficiency and increase automation of cross-sectional business procedures. The Client Autonomous Manipulation Agent that was developed as prototype of the technology and was applied to field test needs adjustability and flexibility at higher requirement than never before. We describe our observations about potency of this prototype for complexity of future OSSs cooperation.
