Abstract(in English) In order mainly to improve transport throughput, a number of in-band cross-layer protocols to provide visibility inside the network from end-system have been proposed. We present a policy coordination mechanism among stakeholders, when disclosing the information of inside a network. The mechanism realizes the visibility respecting the disclosure policies, not only of the transit networks operators, but also of the end-system. Furthermore, We discuss the implementation and design issues for the visibility API.
