Abstract(in English) Web accessibility has been paid attention to since Japan Industrial Standards (JIS) for Web accessibility was delivered. However, a lot of web sites are not created considering accessibility. In our research, we focus on images. Images have important information. If images are not accessible, it is difficult for disabled people that use screen readers to get the information. We propose a method for verifying it alternative texts for images are described appropriately evaluating alternative texts and contributing improvement of accessibility.
