Abstract(in English) This report presents discussions on data transmission protocol for next age of TV broad casting via optical fibers. A recent trend makes a technical fusion of broadcast and communications and consequently optical fiber network becomes to be applicable for TV broadcasting. The other hand, the social situation, such as quick growing of video markets, digitalization of TV system and contents and needs of subscribers surely requires from "quantitative change" to "qualitative change". The large transmission capacitance of optical fibers may allow us drastic development of TV broadcast over the previous limitations.
