Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose SUV features for the skin lesion detection of body-trunk FDG-PET/CT images. Our previous detection method was based on the maximum likelihood estimation method for each skin voxels. Lesion likelihood value and normal skin likelihood value were calculated at each voxels and extracted from some features which were correlated to the local intensity pattern of CT or FDG-PET image. In this study, we propose the SUV features calculated from FDG-PET image with the consideration for the standard skin SUV distribution as the features for calculating likelihoods. We report on the results of skin lesion detection experiments with proposed features.
