Abstract(in English) At liver transplantation surgery, Hepatic blood vessels should be extracted, and liver segments should be simulated clearly. That will be helpful for surgeons at sugery planning. At this paper, to extract portal and hepatic veins, Noise reduction was done using median filter to extract main blood vessels. Bias reduction was done using morphological filter. Image enhancement was done to extract thin blood vessels. And then binary technique of threshold was obtained. Manual segmentation of liver was obtained based on radiology segmentation of liver. It was segmented into eight segments.
