| 抄録(和) | 本稿は、人とコンピュータのインタラクションの向上を目指し、感情を推定するシステムに関するものである。ここでは感情を推定する手段として、感情に最も顕著に影響されるとされる表情に着目している。本研究では特に、個人における表情の違いに着目した感情推定手法を提案する。そのために、表情に加えてシチュエーションを加味した手法を提案する。ここでは、シチュエーションの一部としてProfileデータ(性別、年齢)を導入する。これにより、顔面に配置した特徴点の動作をProfileに応じた感情テンプレートを用いて推定し、実際の動きとの差を比較することにより表情認識を行う。さらに、本手法により、個人の表情の違いによる影響を排除し、表情認識が実現できることを実験により検証する。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper introduces a system that estimate emotion of users when interacting with a system to achieve better interaction between human and computer system. We focus on facial expressions that notably reflect emotional states of the user. Especially, this study is interested in the differences of facial expressions among persons. Thus, an emotion estimation method that makes much of the individual differences of facial expressions. For this aim, we are planning to introduce situational information to infer the emotional states of the user as well as facial expressions. As one of the important factors of the situational in formation, a user profile consists of gender and age is introduced. With our previously proposed facial expression recognition method based on Linear System Identification, the movements of facial feature points assigned on the typical positions of the face are estimated by means of the most appropriate emotional template selected by means of the profile data. We are planning to make several experiments showing that comparing the actual movements of the feature points with the estimated ones using the proposed method provides the better facial expression recognition abilities than without proposed method. |
