Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this work, the "Shadow Theory" is applied to the analyses of dielectric diffraction gratings to demonstrate the availability of the theory in such types of structures. A formulation based on the matrix eignevalue is proposed to get a representation of diffraction amplitude at a low grazing limit of incidence. The scattering factors (SF) defined in the theory correspond to the scattered fields from the electric or magnetic current sources.
