Abstract(in English) Ba_2SiS_4:Ce is expected as a new blue EL material for low temperature process, since the phosphor thin film is crystallized below 700℃. In this paper, improvement in crystallographic and luminescent characteristics has been attempted by supplying excess Si, and installing foundation layer. A proper anneal condition has been also investigated.
