Abstract(in English) | Understanding the operating principles of organic electroluminescent devices is necessary to achieve good performance (high EL efficiency, device stability, etc.). In this report, we discuss the dynamics of charge carrier and electronic properties in our device (ITO/α-NPD/Alq_3:C545T/Alq_3/LiF/Al) according to the transient response of electroluminescence and current. |
