Ovserving development of autonomic-nerve from using wavelet analysis of fetal heart rate variability

Abstract(in English) It is a barometer to measure the state of health for growing fetal autonomic-nerve. We have paid a considerable attention to the method to observe growth. Conventionaly, docotor's naked eyes observe growth autonomic nerve on fetal heart rate. This conventional method is lack objective view because judgement is different from experience and sense. Futhermore, there is a difficult case to judge by naked eyes, and not to observe minute variation. Therefore, new analytical method is demand. In the past, the method using power sepctral analysis was suggested as objective method. But variation in time domain can't be detected by power spectral analysis. So the target is only stationary term in heart rate. In this study, we suggest the method using wavelet analysis which is used in time-frequency analysis that also apply any term. We observe variation in frequency domain with growing autonomic-nerve from result of wavelet analysis. Wavelet analysis can detect variation in time domain, we exepect to target new information from result of wavelet analysis. And we show effectiveness of our method.
