Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) High-Tc SQUID have been applied in various fields for their high magnetic field sensitivity. In this paper, the first-order planar gradiometer has been designed and fabraicated to reduce the environmental noise. The YBCO film was deposited on the STO bicrystal substrate with pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method. And the pattern was transferred with standard photolithography and Ar^+ ion milling. The electric properties of the planar gradiometer were also evaluated. The magnetic particles were successfully detected with the SQUID gradiometer. The process also needs improvement in the near future.
