Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) UHF band RFID systems have a problem that read rates drops because "Listen Before Talk" causes RFID reader/writers wait to transmit to tags. It is difficult to apply UHF band RFID systems for Rapid Vehicle. To resolve it, Japanese local regulations about 950MHz were changed, and RFID reader/writers can now transmit to tags without "Listen Before Talk". Therefore we examined the possibility of applying UHF band RFID systems for rapid Vehicles. In this paper, we introduce that UHF band RFID systems (40Kbps, Miller-subcarrier) have possibilities to be applied to rapid vehicles.
