Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) RFID system is widely investigated for implantable sensors. Existing inductive coil used at 13.56MHz-RFID communication are realized by conducting wire and printed. However, such printed inductive wires burden human body, and also expensive. This study investigates optimization method to realize an inductive coil with metal interconnect layer of standard CMOS process and run a simulation with electromagnetic field simulator. Based on the optimized data, we made an inductive coil with normal CMOS process and compared the inductive coil with simulation.
