Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we measured the impedance of RFID tag IC by load pull measurement, and compared with the impedance measurement using NWA (Net Work Analyzer).In the circuit containing a nonlinear element, an operating point changes by factors, such as change of input electric power, and internal resistance of a measuring instrument. Therefore, the load pull measurement which can measure the characteristic in the state where the element is actually operating is advantageous. |
