Posture Estimation Using Spatial Frequency

Abstract(in English) Recently, fields of the augmented reality and the robot navigation are actively researched. Estimating a relative position and a posture between an object body and a camera has become a more important task. In this paper, we propose a posture estimation method using spatial frequency. We embed markers in an image by using spatial frequency and observe changes in the spatial frequency domain to estimate a current posture of the image. We create an application with OpenGL for simulation and show the effectiveness of our method.
