Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new model for achieving continuous improvement to organizational process effectively. Our proposed model integrates Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) in order to execute a series of processes of determining issues, identifying causes, and designing concrete improvement plan. We also set preconditions for executing this model. Finally, we considerate the validity of the model by applying it to a specific company as a case study.
