Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We're studying for the realization of the MIMO communication using acoustic wave for the communication method of the environments having difficulty with the use of the electromagnetic wave such as underwater or underground. MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) is a method that realizes the improvement of the transmission rate or the reliability by using plural transmission and receiver elements, and it is recently studied hard in a field of the wireless communication using electromagnetic wave. We want to improve the transmission rate in the communication using acoustic wave by applying this method. In this paper, for the fundamental examination of the realization, we measured the channel response in the five differential environments, and we inspected the communication conditions of these environments by simulation. We report the characteristics and the problems of the MIMO communication using acoustic wave.
