Abstract(in English) In multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) multiplexing, a superposition of data blocks transmitted from different transmit antennas using the same carrier frequency is received. In a frequency-selective channel, joint use of frequency-domain equalization (FDE) and signal detection of parallel transmitted signals is essential. Recently, we proposed an iterative frequency-domain interference cancellation (FDI^2C), which can reduce inter-antenna interference (IAI) and inter-chip interference (ICI) simultaneously, for multicode direct sequence code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) MIMO multiplexing. The iterative FDI^2C can also be applied to multicode multi-carrier CDMA (MC-CDMA) MIMO multiplexing. Highly accurate channel estimation is necessary in iterative FDI^2C. In this paper, we apply a cyclic delay pilot based channel estimation (CDP-CE) and compare by computer simulation the throughput performances of multicode DS-CDMA and MC-CDMA MIMO multiplexing with iterative FDI^2C.
