Abstract(in English) We try to construct a public key encryption scheme which cipher texts and public keys are compactly expressed using algebraic tori. We have already studied the parameters setting criteria on which encryption schemes for algebraic tori can be safely composed, and given some concrete parameters. When an encryption scheme is actually composed, speeding-up technique is indispensable and it is important to reduce the cost of exponentiation. However, we have not studied speeding-up techniques of calculations for encryption schemes on algebraic tori. In this paper, we try to select appropriate parameters for speeding-up that is given by [7], and study a fast exponentiation method.
