Abstract(in English) In this paper, we apply the fact that the image quality can be improved by synthesizing images to design of a new video coding technique. In intra-coded video, we can expect improvement of the image quality by referring to neighborhood frames at a decoder. Moreover, even for an area where the motion estimation effect is not achieved, applying two or more intra-coding methods in a periodical manner brings image quality improvement.
