| 抄録(和) | 日常的に行われる透析療法業務中の事故で抜針事故がある。中でも特に問題となっているのが患者自身で抜針してしまう自己抜針である。一度、抜針されると大量出血となり患者の生命に危険を及ぼしかねない重大な事故である。本報では自己抜針を防止するためにWebカメラとPCを用いた監視システムの構築を目的としている。システムは、Webカメラで患者を撮影し、その映像から自己抜針を起こすような動作を画像処理によって捉えて警告するものである。これにより透析スタッフが自己抜針を起こす前に事前行動を止めさせることができ、事故対策につながるものと期待できる。 |
| 抄録(英) | There is accidents removing of the needle in daily dialysis services. Self-removal of the needle is a patient removes the needle his/herself. It is the especially problem. If once it occurs, they has a serious accident his/her life would be danger for excessive bleeding. In this treatise, we set the purpose constructing the monitoring system using webcam and personal computer (PC) to prevent self-removal of the needle. Dialysis staff are warned, when this system find a movement to start removing the needle his/herself from movies to filming the patient's movement by webcam with the use of image processing. According to this system, dialysis staff will stop the movement before self-removal of the needle occurs, it won't occur. |
