| Abstract(in English) | In 2007, the Web Communication Research & Training WG (as part of research work carried out by the Japan Technical Communicators Association (JTCA)) developed a prototype electronic manual targeted to a digital TV portal site. In 2008, the prototype has been improved to support active human interface through the Web 2.0 environment and information about user attribute, to develop a Web manual that makes use of operational history. The study has been continued to realize an intelligent Web manual that focuses to a customer as the network concierge. |
