| Abstract(in English) | Situation of employment is changing according to the rapid information technology development. Though lifetime employment system was essential for major Japanese companies, job change has become very common recently. Under such a situation, vocational ability means career development ability to write his or her vocational history as resume or CV (Curriculum Vitae). Job Card seems suitable system for those social background. In this paper, Job Card System is explained at first, then HR-XML System which becomes popular in US is introduced, and the work of ISO/TC232 which plans to standardize non-formal education is also introduced. After those, our activity of modeling Job Card System based on UML and modeling the process of Indonesian health care worker acceptance is described. |
