| 抄録(和) | 情報倫理は,1990年代後半,専門職倫理から「万人のための倫理」へとその性格を変貌させたという指摘がある.この指摘は現状を考慮すれば正しいが,専門職倫理としての側面があることはなお認められるという指摘もありうる.素人には従事することのできない,高度な技術・知識を必要とする職業(システム・エンジニア,ネットワーク管理者など)があるからである.しかし,そうした事実にもかかわらず,情報倫理を専門職倫理ないし工学倫理のサブカテゴリーとすることはやはりできない.この事実を確認したうえで,情報倫理教育が高等教育においてきわめて重要となっていることを指摘する. |
| 抄録(英) | Taking the current situation into consideration, it is a correct view that information ethics has changed its feature from professional ethics to "ethics for everyone" in the late 1990s. But some may think that the aspect of professional ethics still remains in information ethics on the ground that there are "professional" jobs which require high-level skills and advanced knowledge of information technologies such as system engineers and network administrators. But, in spite of such a fact, it is not appropriate to classify information ethics as professional ethics or engineering ethics. On the basis of this fact, I point out that information ethics curriculum at higher education are becoming increasingly important. |
