Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Existing product analysis techniques such as the performance of the product quantitative index and the evaluation index of usability cannot adequately assess the true worth of products in terms of acquiring and retaining customers. Our solution is to employ the user experience (UX), which stands for all of the experiences that users get by using the product. This paper proposes a UX evaluation model that handles changes in UX over the life cycle of the product and the difference in the relationships that the product creates with different users. The validity of the model is examined in questionnaire survey on Web.
