Enhancing Fairness of Bandwidth Sharing for CUBIC-TCP

Abstract(in English) Recently there are many studies of high performance TCP protocol for high-speed and long-distance networks. In these protocols, CUBIC-TCP has a good utilization of network resource, but it takes a long time for a new flow to achieve fair bandwidth allocation. In this paper, we proposes a new TCP algorithm to improve the convergence time of CUBIC-TCP with keeping a good utilization and show that our mechanism improve the convergence time of CUBIC-TCP by simulation.
